What the community brought in

Twin mattresses
Twin sheets
Plastic bowls & plates
Kids clothing (infant - 18 yrs)
Sports equipment
Linens & towels
Games & toys
Cooking utensils

Neighbors filled a truck with mattresses, bedding, clothing, kitchenware, and toys. All of it ships directly to the orphanage in Cameroon, and donations are tax-deductible.

Kids can write letters too

Kids dropped off letters and cards for the 65 children at Rainbow Orphanage alongside the goods. We do get letters back!

Four years of community generosity

Since 2022, Newport Beach neighbors have shown up year after year to donate goods and funds for the children at Rainbow Orphanage.

One more way to help

Bobby and Jack are applicants for the Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes, a $10,000 grant awarded to outstanding young changemakers. Winners are announced in September 2026. Following @xoxocameroon on Instagram supports their application and takes only a second. That $10K would go straight toward the educational center at the orphanage.
